  • Secretary: Rs.15,320 - Rs.66,470 (Per Month)

1. Assistant Secretary Qualification

  • A degree from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks in all subjects
  • AND one of the following:
  • Higher Diploma in Cooperation (HDC or HDC&BM from Kerala State Co-Operative Union)
  • HDC from the National Council for Co-Operative Training
  • Successful completion of Junior Diploma in Co-Operation
  • B.Sc./M.Sc. (Co-operation & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University
  • B.Com degree with Co-operation as elective subject (minimum 50% marks) from any recognized university in Kerala

2. Data Entry Operator Qualification

  • A degree from any recognized university
  • Data entry course completion certificate from Kerala/Central Government recognized institution
  • Experience Required: One year work experience as Data Entry Operator in a recognized institution

3. Junior Clerk Qualification

  • Either:
  • SSLC or equivalent qualification with Junior Diploma in Co-Operation
  • OR any of the following:
  • B.Com degree with cooperation as elective subject
  • Any degree with Higher Diploma in Cooperation (HDC or HDC&BM)
  • Junior Diploma in Co-Operation
  • B.Sc. (Co-operation & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University

4. Secretary Qualification

  • Any of the following combinations:
  • Degree with HDC&BM with 7 years experience as Accountant or above in Cooperative Bank
  • B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) from Agricultural University with 5 years experience as Accountant or above
  • MBA/M.Com (Finance) or CA membership with 3 years banking sector experience and co-operative qualifications
  • B.Com (Co-operation) with 7 years experience as Accountant or above in Cooperative Bank

5. System Administrator Qualification

  •  Educational Qualification:
  • First class B.Tech degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronics and Communication Engineering OR
  • MCA/MSc (Computer Science or IT)
  • Desirable: Redhat Certification
  • Experience Required:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in UNIX/Linux environments
  • Experience in application stacks (Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, NGINX)
  • Experience with monitoring systems (e.g., Nagios)
  • Scripting skills (shell scripts, Perl, Python)
  • Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
  • Experience with SAN storage environment
  • Experience with tape library backup

6. Typist Qualification

  • SSLC or Equivalent
  • KGTE English & Malayalam Typewriting (Lower)
