Qualification

Receptionist

  1. Pass in Plus Two (+2). Must possess a one-year Certificate Course in Hotel Reception and Book Keeping from FCI/NCVT/KITTS/IHMCT or equivalent from any Institute recognized by State/Central Government. Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is mandatory.
  2. Desirable: Knowledge of foreign languages other than English.


Waiter

  1. SSLC or equivalent. Must possess a Certificate in Restaurant and Counter Service from FCI/KIHMS/NCVT or equivalent from any Institute recognized by State/Central Government. Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
  2. Desirable: Knowledge of foreign languages other than English.

Assistant Cook

  1. SSLC or equivalent. Must possess a Certificate in Food Production or Cookery from FCI/KIHMS/IHMCT/NCVT or equivalent from any Institute recognized by State/Central Government.


Application Fee 

  • General : Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only).
  • SC/ST and Differently Abled candidates : No Fee
  • Demand Draft drawn in favor of Managing Director, KTDC Ltd., payable at Thiruvananthapuram.


Selection Process 

  • Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility. Selection will be conducted via Written Test, Trade Test, and/or Interview.
